mumbai dabbawalas (short video)
jen & i watched this the other day. it's an interesting (and short) documentary on mumbai's dabbawalas, an occupation unique to india (and even to mumbai?). basically, imagine fast-food-type delivery service, except that every recipient is getting a home-cooked meal from his own home.
you've got to see it to believe it: something like 175K - 200K tiffins (lunch boxes) are delivered to their customers from the customers' own homes, via public transport. by lunch time.
